Registration and article submission

Registrations for the conference are only accepted electronically.

In order to ensure the appropriate flow of documents and information we have launched an electronic system to serve the conference. The conference languages will be English and Polish. Presentations and articles for printing should be prepared in English.

The participant shall register in the system, giving the address of their electronic mail (email) and setting a password to login. For the full registration activation of the account is required.

Once the account is activated the participant fills in the form containing personal data, contact details and information about the workplace. Ticking the box of declaring the publication enables the extension of the form for information concerning the reported publication (title, abstract) and the fee for publication.

At the stage of reporting an abstract the participant selects subject area, in which they include proposed presentation (the choice-window box). This will allow the organizers to allocate the speaker to the appropriate thematic session.

Qualifications to deliver presentations are made by the Organizing Committee on the basis of titles and abstracts of the presentations. Information about the acceptance of abstracts will be placed by the organizers on the individual participant’s account (for registered users only). Once the acceptance is obtained, the system will enable the participant to place the full text of the article (doc, docx documents only).

The review of the article will be placed on the individual participant’s account as a downloadable file (in PDF format). If the review is conditional, the author will be given the opportunity to load the revised version of the article on their account.

After the article is accepted for publication, the file containing the publishing agreement will be accessible. This file should be downloaded, printed and signed then sent by post to the Malopolska School of Economics, Editorial Office, ul. Warynskiego 14, 33-100 Tarnow.
Author’s copies of the publication, in the number specified in the publishing contract, will be available at the conference.
